Here’s how the Build-on-Your-Lot process works:  

• Let's meet, so we can understand your vision for your new home. 
• A design agreement follows to draw your home and to ensure placement of the home is exactly how you’ve envisioned it for your homesite.
• Let's agree to build your new home! 
• Have fun and design your home’s interior and exterior at our design center. Your imagination is your only limitation. 
• We break ground and pour foundation, frame and finish out your beautiful new home.
• We hand over the keys after we all agree it's just right.
